FEATURES AND BENEFITS
U Matcha-Energy, includes a blend of refreshing natural ingredients, boosting energy and mental focus, lowering stress levels, and increasing metabolism.
The principle ingredient is Chi-Oka, a ceremonial grade green tea, shade-grown and hand harvested in Japan. A powerful dose of antioxidants is delivered per serving. Research indicates that the amount of antioxidants is 137 times greater than any black or green teas on the market.
A boost in metabolism and protection against cell damage are provided by a great amount of catechins, making up part of the antioxidants. At the same time, U Matcha provides a boost over the long term in mental clarity and energy through the production of l-theanine and caffeine.
Combine 1 packet with 8 to 10 ounces of water or other preferred liquid.
Shake or stir vigorously. Serve with ice if desired.
Drink as desired. Stir lightly if allowed to set too long. The tea ingredients will tend to settle.
Note the Recommended Use label below.
Each serving of Chi-Oka Matcha has a great amount of polyphenols and amino acids due to the fact that grows at a slow rate in the shade.
The tea is not steeped. It is eaten in total so that the nutrients such as chlorophyll, protein and dietary fiber in the tea are consumed.
The catechins, a potent component in Matcha, with strong antioxidant properties causes metabolism to speed up the creation of more energy and reducing muscle fatigue.
Theophylline and Caffeine
Caffeine and theophylline are naturally occurring amino acids in Matcha. They bring about a state of awakeness and a reduction in fatigue in the body. Additionally, theophylline helps generate a state of focus and mental clarity.
Reseach tells us that L-theanine, an amino acid found in Matcha, calms the brain without inducing drowsiness. Concentration is also a factor when L-theanine is combined with the stimulation effects of caffeine and theophylline.
Energy, metabolism and mental focus is provided naturally for increased productivity and clarity of mind.
