Consider breakfast to be most important meal. The following usually happens if you miss breakfast. You will have a large meal at noon and an even bigger meal in the evening.
The two larger meals are eaten to make up for the calories lost at the missing breakfast meal. The two later meals are usually made of high sugars, carbs and saturated fats, which are the most unhealthy.
A fast food breakfast includes unhealthy carbs such as fats, sugar, and sodium. Required minerals and vitamins are missing from the meal that is missed.
